Remember to warm up your Body, your Breath, then your Voice
Body
1. Shoulder roll (forward and back) 2. Ragdoll (hang forward, and slowly roll up) 3. Head roll from shoulder to shoulder 4. Reach arms up as high as you can, alternating hands 5. Reach arms up and lean your body to one side, then the other. 6. Shoulders move and snap 7. Double Time |
Breath
1. Hiss breath and focus on tall ribcage 2. Place hands on your ribs and practice breathing in with a low (belly) breath. 3. Hiss out - short short short short, Loooooong 4. Pant like a dog 5. Na na na na na na na na Ha Ha Ha! 6. Balloon Breathing |
